4. Data Storage and Processing
Your data is stored in secure databases hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Text you submit for transformation is processed to perform the requested operations and is retained in your run history.
Run History
Transformation runs include your input text, output text, and processing metadata. This data is associated with your account and accessible only to you (unless shared via organizations). You can delete individual runs from your history at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data.
Formulas
- Public Formulas: Shared with the BotWash community and visible to all users
- Private Formulas: Only accessible to you
- Organization Formulas: Shared with members of your organization
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help operate our Service:

Organizations
If you are part of an organization on BotWash, certain information may be shared with organization administrators, including usage statistics and organization formulas.
